A dog crashing a job interview might not be the most traditional way to start a new role, but for Megan B., it was a sign she’d found the right place. When her pup proudly wandered into webcam view during her ModSquad interview, it broke the ice and set the tone for what would become a nearly 5-year journey filled with growth, games, and plenty of heart.

Megan joined ModSquad in March 2021 after moving to a new state and searching for remote work with flexibility. The ability to set her own hours was a game-changer, especially compared to her previous retail roles, and it didn’t take long for her to find her stride.
Before ModSquad, Megan worked in retail, building customer service skills that transitioned seamlessly into digital support. Today, Megan is a trusted Tier 2 agent who supports multiple teams and handles complex cases, including billing, appeals, and player reports. Her transition to Tier 2 stands as a proud milestone, recognizing her hard work and the trust she’s earned.
What keeps her here? The flexibility, the supportive leadership, and the quality of project managers who are always ready to help and who genuinely have her back. It’s easy to see why she calls some of them the best she’s ever worked with.

Outside of work, Megan’s world is just as lively. She and her husband recently bought their first home, and much of her free time is spent fixing it up — with help (and a lot of shedding) from their two cats and two dogs. A proud gamer, she’s currently deep into The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, while also daydreaming about getting her hands on a Switch 2. When she’s not gaming, she’s reading (The Stand by Stephen King is a favorite), rewatching The Office, or listening to Ice Nine Kills. And if she ever needs a quick boost of motivation? Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling” never fails.
