Enterprise Technology
Anyone can sell you software. Everyone is trying to sell you AI. The problem is they're all selling you their software and their AI.
ModSquad sources the right technology, integrates it with your current stack, runs it, and backs it with SLAs. Composable tech, one partner, on the hook for the outcome.
We've been doing this for two decades. AI is just the latest version of a problem we've always solved.
Everyone advising you is selling you their own stack
BPOs and software vendors both fail you, for the same reason: their business model and their technology recommendation are the same decision. The advice isn't independent — it's a migration path to whatever they already sell.
The BPO problem
The large ones are built around two things: seats in their call centers, and a proprietary platform they spent millions building and now need to earn back. When they recommend technology, they're recommending themselves. You get their AI, their tooling, their infrastructure — sized for their margins, not your problem. When your needs change, you're not switching tools. You're switching vendors.
The software vendor problem
Every software vendor wants you running their platform. Each one will happily integrate with adjacent tools — as long as those tools stay inside their walled garden and keep the contract growing. What they can't do is tell you honestly that a different product would serve you better, or stitch together the best stack from tools that compete with their own. The moment you need something they don't sell, you're on your own.
ModSquad solves both problems
We operate like a BPO — one partner, one contract, one team that runs and staffs your whole operation — but our allegiance is to the job, not to any one vendor. We pull in the right tools, wire them together so they run as one, and orchestrate it all on your behalf — and when something better comes along, we move you to it.
How we run it
The principles that keep your stack secure, integrated, and current — with one guarantee underneath them.
Best-of-breed, every time.
We bring the sharpest tool for your problem — and the right one for you may look nothing like the right one for the next company. The recommendation only ever answers to what works for you.
Your data, ready first.
Every tool and model only acts on the data you feed it. We clean it, structure it, and make it trustworthy before we point anything at it — the rest only works if this does.
One secure envelope. Any tool inside it.
Every tool we add stays inside one perimeter we own and audit — SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, our Cubeless secure workspace and Passless SSO. More tools, one boundary, one team accountable for all of it.
Orchestration is the actual work.
Anyone can hand you a list of tools. Knowing which ones, when, and how to make them work together — on your data, against your outcomes — is the craft, and it lives with our operators. It's what decides whether any of it works.
Upgrades you never have to install.
When a better tool arrives, we prove it on your workload, swap it in behind the same secure perimeter, and carry your institutional knowledge across untouched — no migration, no version you're stranded on. Your operation just quietly gets better.
The licensing, handled.
We manage the vendors, negotiate the licenses, and optimize the spend — so you get the right tools at the right price, swapped and renewed as the market moves — no procurement cycle every time.
Our guarantee
No upgrade will ever cost you a migration, breach your perimeter, or interrupt your operation. The technology underneath changes constantly. Your continuity never does.

Technology is our first move
Tech-first, for us, is a reflex. Faced with any problem, our first move is to ask what technology can do — then put our people on the judgment it can't. The easy answer to more volume is more people; ours is the right system first, with our team where judgment actually matters.
Composable by instinct. We've thought in modular components and APIs from the start — opinionated about the tools we trust, and ready to plug into whatever you already run, including your proprietary systems.
Run on live numbers. Real-time data, observability, and live testing decide what changes, while it's happening. We act on what the numbers show, the day they show it.
Builders at heart. Our instinct is to make the thing work. We build — workflows, integrations, and our own products when the tools fall short — and we measure ourselves by whether your technology does its job.
Hourly keeps it honest. You pay by the hour, for work that moves you forward — so costs track what's actually getting done.
Digital-native since 2007. Distributed and composable from the start, across 90+ countries — so AI and new tools slot into the operation as they arrive.
We run what we build. We know how these platforms behave under load, where integrations break, and what a license is actually worth, because we live with the consequences every day.
FAQ
Do we have to use ModSquad for support to use this?+
No. Enterprise Technology stands on its own. Plenty of clients have us plan, build, run, or source their technology with no support, trust & safety, or security work attached.
What does "agentic AI" actually mean here?+
AI that takes action — routing a request, updating a record, kicking off the next step. Most of it now ships inside the tools you already run; we turn on the right pieces, wire them into your systems, get your data accurate enough to trust them, and tune them over time.
What if our data isn't ready for AI?+
Most data isn't, and getting it ready is usually the real project. We get your data into shape before pointing an agent at it.
Can you manage software we already bought?+
Yes — including licenses you sourced elsewhere. We track renewals, right-size volumes, and handle vendor negotiations on your behalf.
How is this different from your Consulting services?+
Consulting is the strategy and design — the thinking, the architecture, the plan — and we bring it to every ModSquad solution, not just technology. Enterprise Technology is the hands-on execution: building, integrating, running, and staffing the systems themselves. In short: Consulting decides what to do and designs it; Enterprise Technology makes it real and keeps it running. Most engagements use both — strategy up front, build and run after.
