Enterprise Technology
Anyone can sell you software. Everyone is trying to sell you AI. The problem is they're all selling you their software and their AI.
ModSquad sources the right technology, integrates it with your current stack, runs it, and backs it with the KPIs you require — one partner, on the hook for the outcome.
We've been doing this for two decades. AI is just the latest version of a problem we've always solved.
Truly independent advice
Your BPOs and software vendors may be doing their job today. The problem is tomorrow. Every one of them is building a glide path that leads deeper into their own ecosystem — more seats, more licenses, more lock-in. The advice they give you is shaped by where they need you to end up, not where you need to go. And in a market moving this fast, a glide path that only goes one direction isn't future-proof. It's a slow-motion constraint.
We know what's best because we're inside the market, not watching it from the outside. ModSquad has deep relationships with the leading technology vendors — which means we see what's coming before it ships, negotiate better terms than any single client could, and have a direct line when something needs to move fast. That's what makes the advice genuinely independent: we've already done the work of knowing what's out there.
The BPO problem
The large ones are built around two things: seats in their call centers, and a proprietary platform they spent millions building and now need to earn back. When they recommend technology, they're recommending themselves. When your needs change, you're not switching tools. You're switching vendors.
The software vendor problem
Every software vendor wants you running their platform. Each one will happily integrate with adjacent tools — as long as those tools stay inside their ecosystem and keep the contract growing. The moment you need something they don't sell, you're on your own.
ModSquad
One partner. No platform to push, no seats to fill, no agenda but your outcome. We pull in the right tools, wire them together, and orchestrate the whole thing on your behalf — including whatever your other vendors and BPOs already have in your stack.
Our guarantee: no future migration fees
Upgrades to your tech stack will never cost you a migration fee. When new technology arrives, ModSquad manages every upgrade — from license purchase to implementation — inside your security envelope, seamlessly orchestrated across your entire operation. No interruptions. No migration fees. No matter how much the technology changes — your operation keeps running, your team stays focused, and your customers never notice.
The craft is knowing which tools, when, and how to make them work together
Anyone can hand you a list of tools. Knowing which ones, when, and how to make them perform together — on your data, against your outcomes — is the craft. That judgment lives with our admins, engineers, and integrators. It's the one thing a house platform can never give you: a recommendation with no stake in the answer.
The right tool, not our tool.
The right tool for you may look nothing like the right tool for the next client. The recommendation only ever answers to what works for your problem.
The right people, not a fixed team.
The right admin for a platform implementation is not the right engineer for an agentic AI workflow. We staff the people the job actually calls for — and when the work changes, the team changes with it.
Deep vendor relationships, not just vendor access.
We don't just know which tools are best — we have deep relationships with the vendors behind them. That means better pricing, earlier access to new capabilities, and a direct line when something needs to move fast.
Your data, ready first.
Every tool and model only acts on the data you feed it. We clean, structure, and make it trustworthy before we point anything at it — the rest only works if this does.
One secure envelope.
Every tool runs inside one perimeter we own and audit — SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, Cubeless and Passless SSO. More tools, one boundary.
Upgrades you never install.
When a better tool arrives, we prove it on your workload, swap it in, and carry your institutional knowledge across. No migration. No version you're stranded on.
Licensing, handled.
We manage vendors, negotiate licenses, and optimize spend. The licenses we source travel with you — your investment stays yours no matter what comes next.
One partner, end to end.
One contract, one SLA, one team accountable for the outcome. You never chase five underlying vendors when something breaks.

Technology is our first move
Tech-first, for us, is a reflex — not a product line. Faced with any problem, we ask what technology can do first, then put our people on the judgment it can't. The easy answer to more volume is more people; ours is the right system first, with our team where judgment actually matters.
Composable by design. We assemble best-of-breed tools, people, and processes into modular systems built for your job. When the work changes, the system flexes with it.
Run on live numbers. Real-time data and observability decide what changes — while it's happening, not in next month's deck.
Opinionated, not locked. We recommend tools we trust and tell you why — then integrate whatever the job calls for, including your proprietary systems.
Builders at heart. We build workflows, integrations, and our own tools when existing ones fall short. We measure ourselves by whether your technology does its job.
We run what we build. We know where integrations break and what a license is actually worth — because we live with the consequences every day.
Digital-native since 2007. Distributed and composable from the start, across 90+ countries — so new tools slot into the operation as they arrive.
Common questions
Do we have to use ModSquad for support to use this?+
No. Enterprise Technology stands on its own. Plenty of clients have us plan, build, run, or source their technology with no support, trust & safety, or security work attached.
What if our data isn't ready for AI?+
Most data isn't, and getting it ready is usually the real project. We get your data into shape before pointing an agent at it.
Can you manage software we already bought?+
Yes — including licenses you sourced elsewhere. We track renewals, right-size volumes, and handle vendor negotiations on your behalf.
What technology platforms do you deploy and manage?+
ModSquad deploys and manages best-of-breed platforms across your stack as an authorized reseller and managed-service partner. Two we go deep on: the Zendesk CX platform — designed, built, and run by people who use it — and the Island Enterprise Browser for secure, governed access on any device. We source the licenses, configure and integrate each platform, and run it day to day.
How is this different from your Consulting services?+
Consulting is the strategy and design — the thinking, the architecture, the plan. Enterprise Technology is the hands-on execution: building, integrating, running, and staffing the systems themselves. Most engagements use both — strategy up front, build and run after.
