Mod of the Month – September 2025
If you ever need someone to recommend a great book, sing along to Mr. Brightside, or tell you the best way to enjoy the sea (sailing, swimming, or eating seafood – take your pick!), look no further than our newest Mod of the Month, Vincenzo A. When he’s not reading 1984, rocking out to The Beatles, or hanging out with his cat, Semola, you’ll find him delivering top-tier support and moderation for ModSquad’s clients.
Vincenzo joined ModSquad in late 2024, and though he calls himself a “baby Mod” at not even nine months in, he’s already made a big splash. With a background in customer service and a knack for connecting with people, he dove right into multiple projects, from web messaging to engagement moderation.
When asked what drew him to ModSquad, Vincenzo pointed to the chance to work with exciting brands, the variety of opportunities, and, most importantly, the people. “The people are by far the gem of the company,” he shared. He appreciates that even in a remote environment, colleagues and managers manage to maintain both a friendly and an accountable atmosphere.

Vincenzo has quickly become an invaluable part of the Italian team on our project. He’s on point with feedback and guidelines, supports new team members, and brings a friendly, professional tone to every interaction. Beyond work, his love for literature, the sea, and sports makes every conversation a pleasure. I’ve even picked up some Italian thanks to him!
As the newest member of the Italian team, Vincenzo has already impressed by hitting KPIs, supporting others with shadowing sessions, and embracing feedback as an opportunity to grow. His tone is always friendly and professional, making him a strong asset to the team.

Vincenzo may be new, but he’s been a huge help from day one, shining right from the start!
So far, his proudest Mod moment has been… well, this one! Being named Mod of the Month feels especially rewarding so early in his journey, and he’s excited to see what comes next. But don’t think he doesn’t have a sense of humor, he still laughs about his orientation days when an Assistant Project Manager explained “Tone of Voice” using a hilarious grocery store example that he’ll never forget.
What sets Vincenzo apart is his blend of professionalism, reliability, and openness to growth. Always eager to learn and take on new challenges, he embodies the very best of what it means to be a Mod. And while he may joke that frozen fishball-making is the most bizarre job on his resume, we think his current role suits him just fine.
