Every now and then, we meet a Mod whose customer support game is simply unbeatable: cool under pressure, quick on the return, and always ready with the perfect assist. Say hello to Jocelyn F.
When she’s not delivering exceptional service across multiple projects, Jocelyn is hanging out with her adorable dog, Chiki, perfecting her tennis and pickleball game, or vibing to her favorite ‘90s hits. She’s a Grey’s Anatomy fan, a lover of upbeat music, and someone who definitely embraces the balance that flexible work brings. And after three years at ModSquad, she’s stepping into the spotlight as our Mod of the Month!
Jocelyn joined ModSquad looking for meaningful work that fit her lifestyle and quickly became a dependable, solutions-focused force across two projects. She enjoys the variety of projects, the freedom to manage her schedule, and the chance to make a real difference in customer and community experiences. With years of customer service experience, she excelled in email, chat, and phone support, thanks to her patience, clarity, and genuine care for customers. For her, ModSquad isn’t just about working remotely; it’s a place where she feels trusted, supported, and able to make an impact every day.
