Mod of the Month – February 2024
At ModSquad, we’re all about having fun while being productive. And no one does this better than Romina N. — our February Mod of the Month. Regardless of the project, she knows how to brighten everyone’s day whether it ’s a team member, client, or customer.
And sometimes it’s the community providing the fun. She still laughs about the gaming streamer in the banana suit.
As a gamer herself, Romina dreamed of working in the industry. So when she spotted a ModSquad ad in 2018, she jumped at the opportunity. “I remember seeing the ModSquad ad, looking for people who wanted to work on a video game project. I thought that would be an amazing job, and it was!”
Romina is fluent in all things customer support and moderation. From enforcing guidelines to ticket resolution, from technical troubleshooting to account management, Romina has done it all. Her colleagues appreciate her enthusiastic, proactive approach.
Romina loves her team as much as the work. “The people who work at Modsquad make the difference. I feel lucky to have found such an amazing team.” She explains, “The people I work with are not only extremely professional, but they're all also very sensitive and caring.”
And her team loves her too.

Outside of work Romina enjoys life in Córdoba with her girlfriend and beloved Dachshund. They unwind with video games, board games, and the occasional favorite movie or TV show. What games, you ask? Mostly action games like The Last of Us, God of War, and Resident Evil.
