Mod of the Month – April 2024
At ModSquad, one ingredient in our secret sauce has been that we don’t randomly assign agents to projects. Our Mods pick the projects they want to work on based on their interests, knowledge, and passion. This month’s Mod of the Month is doing exactly that.
Congratulations, Jonathan F.!
As a customer service professional and an avid gamer, Jonathan has been making his mark by providing excellent player support for our gaming clients. Being a gamer himself, he understands his fellow gamers who reach out for help. Whether it’s a log-in issue or a lost file, he quickly and empathetically resolves problems and gets players back into the game. What makes the work even more rewarding for Jonathan is that he’s working for a company he knows and loves.
Jonathan loves customer support almost as much as he loves gaming. “I find these areas particularly rewarding because they allow me to provide thoughtful and thorough assistance to customers. Email and tickets enable me to analyze and address each issue carefully, ensuring comprehensive solutions.” He explains, “Overall, my proficiency in these areas stems from my dedication to delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.”
Like many Customer Support Mods, Jonathan spends most of his time resolving tickets in Zendesk. His top tip? Use the macros, but customize answers for each unique situation to make the response personal to each client.
And ModSquad seems to be working out well for Jonathan. He appreciates the flexibility to choose his own schedule, the joy of working on projects he loves, and having the tools necessary to succeed.

Jonathan joined our project with more than 200 fellow Mods and he has managed to set himself apart with his constant pursuit of high performance. Our project is blessed with a lot of very capable individuals and Jonathan still shines bright aims for consistent excellence.
Jonathan has a range of hobbies and things he loves. As a gamer, he is drawn to first-person shooters and action games like Red Dead Redemption 1, Call of Duty, and Fortnite. He is SUCH a fan of Red Dead Redemption, in fact, he’s bought it three separate times, for different consoles! “When it's time to kick back, gaming with friends is my go-to. Whether playing Zero Build in Fortnite, cruising in GTA V, or battling it out in Call of Duty, it's all about good times and laughter.”
Gaming isn’t his only passion. Jonathan also loves to hit the gym and stay active. Maia helps him with this goal. “It's all about family and fun with my Golden Retriever, Maia,” he gushes. She's my lovely companion, always ready for a game of fetch or a walk in the park.”
