Mod of the Month – Sep 2026
From bartending and translation to professional photography and customer experience, Andre C. has taken quite the journey to get where he is today — and ModSquad has given him a place to bring all of those experiences together.
Celebrate September’s Mod of the Month with us: Andre C.!
After being recruited two years ago, he quickly found himself part of a team he describes as the best he could have asked for, with opportunities to use his skills, take on new responsibilities, and help others succeed. Most days, that means making work easier for his fellow Mods.
Today, Andre assists the project orientation team on a digital music service project, where he focuses on learning and development and helps guide new team members in production. He also puts his QA expertise to work supporting a leading brand in licensed sports and entertainment collectibles, trading cards, and stickers.
When it comes to his strengths, Andre knows exactly where he shines: customer support and orientation. His goal is to make people’s jobs easier by creating processes that are effective, straightforward, and easy to understand. That mindset led to one of his proudest accomplishments at ModSquad — creating a learning portal and dashboard for one of his projects. The resource significantly changed the learning process, making it easier to develop and deliver new learning materials.
Words from the Team
Andre is the definition of an ideal teammate. He’s a technical powerhouse who never stops learning, innovating, or finding new ways to make our daily processes smoother and faster. But what makes Andre truly special is his generosity. He’s incredibly patient, always ready to lend a hand, and brings fantastic energy to every interaction. We’re grateful for everything he does!
Andre consistently goes the extra mile, coming up with innovative ideas and always eager to share them with others. He’s incredibly skilled, technically knowledgeable, and my go-to person whenever I run into a tech issue. He’s also very patient, fun, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. He is a true shining star, and I’m so happy to have the opportunity to work with him. He’s not only made my work easier, but has also helped me grow!
Andre is very kind, dedicated, and an amazing teammate. Over the past year, he has grown so much, and everything he has learned and developed, he shares with his colleagues with generosity and endless patience. He makes everyone’s work easier, faster, and more enjoyable every day. And that impact extends beyond this team to the project and the client as well. Thank you, Andre, for everything you do. We truly appreciate you!
I think it’s time we give Andre the shoutout he deserves! He’s constantly improving and expanding his skills. From supporting our new onboards and handling difficult situations to making thoughtful decisions and creating his “little baby,” a fantastic tool that has left everyone in awe, Andre continues to make a huge impact. He’s helped those around him and made so many of our processes smoother and less time-consuming.
Andre is incredible and unstoppable in so many ways. His enthusiasm, willingness to help, and ability to solve almost any problem are something truly special, especially when you find all three qualities in the same person. I’ve known him for almost two years now, and all I can say is WOW. He’s grown and evolved so much. We really appreciate you, Andre!
Outside of work, Andre stays active with cycling, spends plenty of time gaming and playing tabletop RPGs, and always has great music playing. His favorites offer a glimpse into his eclectic tastes: The Breakfast Club is his favorite movie, The Silmarillion is his favorite book, and All Them Witches is his favorite band.
Congrats, Andre, and thank you for making work a little easier for those around you!
ModSquad is filled with awesome folks like Andre and other Mod of the Month Rockstars. We’re always looking for more great people to join the crew.
