Mod of the Month – May 2026
Some people recharge with a good movie or their favorite music. Adrian L. prefers family game nights, quality time with his wife and son, and maybe a little Coldplay or Imagine Dragons playing in the background. Whether he’s strategizing over a board game, binge watching Stranger Things, or finding joy in the everyday moments, Adrian brings the same positive attitude to work that he does to life and that’s one of the many reasons we’re excited to celebrate him as our new Mod of the Month.
Let’s hear it for May’s Mod of the Month, Adrian L.!
Adrian joined ModSquad in December 2024 after being encouraged to apply by a family friend already working at the company. Looking for an opportunity to gain new experiences and further develop his English skills, he quickly found a place where he could do what he enjoys most: helping people.
Currently supporting an education technology platform that provides course materials for students and educators, Adrian thrives in customer support, where solving problems and assisting customers brings him genuine satisfaction. His commitment to helping others has helped him make an impact in a relatively short amount of time.
One of his more memorable past jobs involved making sales calls to customers in Argentina, an experience that taught him patience and how to laugh when things don’t quite go as planned. For Adrian, one of the biggest benefits of ModSquad is the flexibility it provides. The ability to manage his own schedule while continuing to grow professionally is something he values deeply.

Adrian L. always delivers high-quality results, has an amazing attendance record, and a constant readiness to assist others. His positive energy is evident in how he tackles every task, often going above and beyond to understand the support needed for our customers. He always has a friendly approach, making our jobs easier. Even with a lot of changes happening lately, his collaborative skills and openness to learning keep on impressing me. Our project is definitely fortunate to have him!
