Some people are fueled by coffee. Jeffreys is fueled by family, a good video game, and the excitement of taking on a new challenge. Whether he’s spending the day with his wife and two children, heading out for pizza and a movie, relaxing with a gaming session, or raising the bar of customer service excellence with clients, he makes the most of every moment. (And yes, he can also say he once wore a giant chicken mascot costume for work, making for one of the most unforgettable jobs on his résumé!)

For more than three years, Jeffreys has been making an impact at ModSquad, backed by over 14 years of experience in customer support at BPOs. Long before joining the team, he built a strong track record supporting customers, leading social media operations, and managing online communities. Those experiences gave him the confidence to jump into just about any challenge — and challenges are exactly what he loves. This is why he’s excelled in his career growth for Trust & Safety.
Today, Jeffreys supports four content moderation projects, where he helps keep online communities safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. With moderation as his current focus, he enjoys every aspect of customer support, seeing each new task as an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference. For Jeffreys, ModSquad represents much more than a flexible job. When his wife was homebound, working remotely allowed him to care for his family. Having the freedom to organize his schedule around his family’s needs was important, and it’s one of the many reasons he’s so grateful to be part of ModSquad.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Jeffreys making memories with his family, diving into video games, or revisiting favorites like The Matrix and Breaking Bad. And when he needs a little motivation, you’ll likely find “Todo Va A Estar Bien” by Barak on repeat. His outlook is simple: cherish the people around you, embrace every challenge, and always find time for a little fun. That positive attitude, combined with his dedication to helping others, makes Jeffreys someone teammates can always count on.
