ModSquad is a products-and-services company for customer support and trust & safety. We deliver managed services (customer support, content moderation, community management, platform safety), build proprietary products (Cubeless secure workspace, Passless SSO), and integrate third-party technology into client operations. Founded in 2007, we operate in 90+ countries and support 55+ languages.

How is ModSquad different from a traditional BPO? +

Three structural differences. First, we bill hourly for productive time — not by FTE headcount — so you pay for work, not idle capacity. Second, our workforce is globally distributed across 90+ countries, not tied to call center facilities. Third, we build our own products (Cubeless, Passless) from operational experience — traditional BPOs are pure services companies. These differences produce 1% annual shrinkage (vs. 15–30% industry average), 2x faster ramp, and up to 25% cost savings.

Does ModSquad build its own technology? +

Yes. We build products where our operational experience identifies problems worth solving. Cubeless is a patent-pending secure workspace — SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS compliant. Passless is an SSO product that eliminates passwords. We also select and integrate third-party tools (QA platforms, CRMs, communication tools) as part of client engagements.
