Meet Shonia M., our September Mod of the Month!
Shonia ditched her “hectic” job at a traditional call center about a year ago and joined us here at ModSquad. She traded long commutes in heavy traffic and spending all day away from her family for a flexible WFH role that gave her the work-life balance she was looking for. While rocking her daily tasks, she can also watch her daughter grow up. “ModSquad provided the ideal solution, offering the flexibility I needed. Since making this decision, I have not looked back. I consider it one of the best choices I have ever made.”
And we’re lucky to have her on our team. On the customer support side, she’s brought her years of experience and skills to one of our most popular e-commerce projects. She’s a whiz at Zendesk, Gorgias, and Shopify. On the moderation side, she’s impressed us by applying her natural empathetic approach to one of our most sensitive community projects. For Shonia, it’s all about connecting with people and solving their problems.
