Meet Chantal G.!
Since joining ModSquad in September 2022, Chantal has been one of our stars on the customer support side of the house. She brings a unique blend of empathy and technical proficiency to every interaction. Guided by the "golden rule," she always tries to put herself in the customer’s shoes.
Whether answering phones or chat, Chantal is equally adept. Technical support? Yeah, she does that, too. She’s a pro at tools like Zendesk, Kustomer, and Genesys. Her CS skills are outstanding, and she has the QA scores to prove it.
(Chantal also won our Christmas decoration context this year, so she’s a double threat.)
Chantal came to ModSquad with industry experience. She worked for another customer support company before, but she enjoys the professionalism, camaraderie, community, and collaboration here. “ModSquad feels like working with friends,” she notes. She also loves that she can control her own schedule and manage her career.

When she’s not on the clock, Chantal lives an active life in Mexico City. She’s married to the love of her life, and they have a bulldog named Chule. She’s also a dedicated swimmer and finds solace and rejuvenation in the waters three times a week. She loves movies but tends to watch her favorite Pixar and Disney films from home rather than the theater.
