Mod of the Month – April 2019
The past few months have certainly brought us many talented Mods who work on a range of projects. But one passionate and determined Mod has stood out recently, with a skill and adeptness that make him the go-to guy for many in the Derry office and beyond. Please join us in welcoming our April 2019 Mod of the Month, Aaron B!
Aaron started with ModSquad in March 2017 after getting a recommendation from a friend who worked with the company. Aaron, who describes himself as “tech-obsessed,” thought being a Mod would be a perfect fit. He now remarks that he can’t imagine working anywhere else. Since his start, Aaron has worked on projects with call, chat, and ticket support and always worked hard to ensure that every customer he interacts with has their issues resolved as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
Aaron is able to effectively take on a number of tasks, ranging from communications to quality assurance. As part of his work, Aaron offers assistance to Mod Contractors and UK Representatives across a multitude of projects and with a wide variety of issues.
“It’s so rewarding to be able to help so many projects and individuals. I like knowing that I’ve been able to help them do the best they can within their roles.”
When Aaron isn’t watching rugby or football or gaming on his custom-built PC, he’s enjoying his family of pets.
“I’m a huge animal fan, having had pets my entire life. I’ve had everything from lizards to dogs. At the moment, I have more than 30 fish, one box turtle, and the most gorgeous Golden Retriever anyone could ever lay their eyes on.”
