The Metaverse Matching Charitable Gift Program

Most days, I love my job.  But today, I really REALLY love my job.  I got to announce this to the wonderful employees of Metaverse Mod Squad:

Today, I have the extreme pleasure (hopping up and down in my seat happy) to announce that we have instituted a matching charity donation program here at Metaverse. While the company has supported many charities in the past, I am inspired by your commitment to give back to your communities and to support those causes you all hold dear.   We want to help make your generosity go even further.  Metaverse cares about those causes you care about.

Starting today, June 24, 2014, when you give money to a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, Metaverse will match your gift dollar-for-dollar, up to $500 annually. The details of the program are as outlined in the attached document.  We have made applying for your matching donation extremely easy by setting up a simple online form.

I want to thank you for your hard work and dedication here at Metaverse.  You are the company.  But I especially want to thank you for caring enough to make a difference in the lives of others.
