It’s #CallCenterWeek, so call us maybe?

Finished boothWe’re in full force at Call Center Week in Las Vegas this week.  Our theme for this event is #ModsNotCubes.  What does that mean, you ask?  It means we are the customer advocate!

There’s an image that may come to mind when you think “call center” — florescent lights, stale coffee, tight, fabric walls, monotone or accented voices, reading from scripts. It’s the vision we see in commercials, webinars, movies, and even on call center pamphlets.  Whether it’s a generalism or not, it’s the vision we do everything to avoid at Metaverse Mod Squad.

Many businesses want customers to walk away from a support issue feeling like he or she has been heard, helped, and supported from someone who understands.  And that’s exactly how we staff projects.  We find the brand advocates within our services-trained pool of 5000+ mods, and we build unique, flexible plans for each client, thus providing quality, efficient staffing solutions.

We love to infuse personality, dedication, engagement, and hands-on knowledge in everything we do, and that includes our attendance at conferences like Call Center Week.  Don’t believe us?  Well, call us… maybe?
