Gimme Five! ModSquad Wins Fifth Stevie Award

ModSquad

We’re feeling the love from the Stevie Awards!

High fives all around! ModSquad has won the Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service, for the fifth time. Our latest recognition is a Silver Stevie Award in the Best Customer Engagement Initiative category for our work for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Created in 2002, the Stevie Awards has become an internationally recognized organization throughout the business community.

We faced some tough competition, as the Stevie Awards are highly coveted for those in customer service roles. How big are the Stevies? Let’s break it down by the numbers:

  • This year, the Stevie Award judging committees examined more than 2,300 nominations
  • Companies from 51 nations (and virtually every industry) were considered
  • A group of 150 professionals were split into eight specialized judging committees to name the best of the best

As noted, this is the fifth Stevie Award ModSquad has won, and it’s the fourth year in a row we’ve taken home the trophy. In 2021, 2020, and 2019, ModSquad won in the Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year category. And back in 2015, we took home the Stevie in the Company of the Year (New Media) category. We sense a pattern here!

In the end, the judges generously praised ModSquad’s approach to CX services, stating, “Scaling moderation isn’t just about adding more people. It’s about putting the policies and procedures, workflows, and best practices in place that make the team consistent and efficient.” They also cited ModSquad’s “great work,” “great initiative,” and the company’s overall impressive achievements, noting that the “numbers talk for themselves.”

“We are grateful to be recognized by the Stevie Awards for the fifth time,” said ModSquad CEO Amy Pritchard. “It’s especially appreciated that it comes for the work we do for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Even before we began working with this amazing organization professionally, our Mods supported its cause through the Extra Life event for years. Of all the work that we do at ModSquad, this is the dearest to our heart.”

Aside from thanking the judging committee, the people we most want to thank are the Mods. In what has become a tradition, this award is a reminder to the business community that our Mods are an impressive group of smart, talented individuals. Through their engaging interactions with people all around the world, they create one great customer experience after another. It’s to them that we dedicate this honor. We are the Mods!
