Fresh New Faces on the ModSquad Team

ModSquad

With the new year come new faces here at ModSquad. We have big plans for 2017, as we continue to expand our on-demand services. Our offerings have created such a buzz with our many wonderful clients that we’re expanding our roster. Today, we’re excited to officially announce the newest members of our ModSquad team.

clivejefferies_salesvpClive Jefferies joins us as a Sales VP at ModSquad. He will be focused on working with enterprise clients across the EU and helping companies throughout the region scale their operations with the help of our multilingual European Mods.

Clive brings 35 years of experience consulting to clients on solutions in the ecommerce, video game, and mobile-telephony markets with such organizations as Visa, Orange, and Netcracker. He has helped startups and established companies around the globe improve both their support operations and their bottom lines. Clive has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Portugal and continues to establish and build partnerships globally.

“I am thrilled to join ModSquad at such an exciting time in the company’s growth,” says Clive. “There is clearly a strong global need for on-demand services across a number of sectors. Our Mods are perfectly positioned to support the growing need for professional digital engagement services. I’m very excited at the prospect of introducing new clients to the power of the ModSquad movement.”

During his down time, in between runs and walks with his English pointer Reggie, Clive has a keen interest in 20th-century geopolitics and makes scale replica models of armoured fighting vehicles. He also enjoys “a drink now and then.” Join us at the pub, Clive!

shawnjohnson_dirsalesShawn Johnson, a new Sales Director at ModSquad, comes with a decade of sales, business development, and client care experience. He’s had substantial success helping customer-service managers, call centers, and ecommerce enterprises better manage their customer operations. Shawn will be focusing on expanding ModSquad’s North American marketing and collaborating with many of ModSquad’s existing partners.

“I’ve always loved to help people and organizations win by being customer-centric and people empowering,” says Shawn. “This is why I’m so excited to join ModSquad; the innovative business model and creative on-demand offerings not only help our clients do so much more for less, but customers get better care and engagement. I’m really looking forward to helping more businesses innovate in 2017 using ModSquad’s unique expertise and people-centric business process.”

When he’s not brainstorming new support-operation or client-engagement ideas, Shawn enjoys hiking with his dogs, and a great nitro stout. Cheers to that, and to both of our newest teammates!
